Person Market Fit — The Cohort · Singapore
Work worth waking up for. Built on what you already have.
This is where you stop surviving the AI era and start thriving in it. You get clear on what you actually want — not what you think you should want. You build on the strengths you already have. You move forward with confidence, knowing exactly what you bring. Whether that means growing where you are, or stepping into something more meaningful.
8-week group cohort · Hybrid — online & in-person, Singapore
“It's similar to product-market fit — startups iterate until they find a market that wants them. The same is true for us. The question is how we find our fit, not by chasing every trend, but by understanding ourselves and the market well enough to navigate change with clarity.”
You're not in crisis. You're just tired — of trying things that don't work out, of not trusting your own answer to “what do I actually want?” But underneath the tired, there's a real picture of the life and work you're after.
You're considering doing something else — but you don't know what yet. You just know you want work that feels meaningful.
A career that actually feels meaningful — one you're energized by, not just tolerating.
You've tried different roles or paths before. They didn't work out, and some part of you is afraid of repeating that loop.
To build on the strength and experience you already have — not start over from scratch.
You're carrying real results, but you don't quite acknowledge them — so you don't feel as capable as you actually are.
To take real pride in your work, and be recognized and rewarded for what you bring.
What you want and what you need pull in different directions — money versus meaning, security versus growth.
To keep growing instead of staying stagnant — and to live a life, not just work for the sake of working.
Rejection has stung before, and some part of you would rather not try than risk it again.
The confidence to actually go after it — whether that's growing where you are, or moving toward something more meaningful.
Seven modules.
One through-line.
Each module builds on the last — from naming where you actually are, to building the emotional steadiness and practical system to move. Nothing here asks you to start over.
Goal Identification
Before the deep work, you name the destination — loosely. You leave with clarity on 2–3 directions where your strengths could hold value, whether that means growing where you are or moving toward something else.
Internal — Values & Strengths
A real audit of your own history — not a personality quiz. You surface the strengths you've stopped noticing because they've become invisible to you, and get honest about what you actually value versus what you assumed you should.
Mindset & Emotional
We name what you're afraid of — the loop, the rejection, the overwhelm. Once it's specific, it's easier to handle. You leave with one concrete habit for when it comes back, not just insight in the room.
Market
A clear-eyed read of where work is heading in the AI era, specific to your field — what’s real, what’s noise, and where the actual openings are.
AI Tool Relevance
You leave with a working AI system — calibrated to your field — for ongoing market research and opportunity tracking. Not a tools tutorial. A tangible thing you keep using.
Put It Together
Everything converges into a working action plan — mapped against your 2–3 directions, with specific next steps for each. This is also where we look at the money side: what type of FIRE stage you’re actually at right now, and what that means for the moves you can realistically make.
Crystallization
You consolidate the shift — from a diffuse sense of stuckness to a specific, owned plan you're already moving on.
Small group.
Real, structured work.
A cohort of people figuring out the same thing — small enough for real coaching, large enough that you're not the only one in the room who's been quietly stuck.
